These Terms & Conditions govern purchases and use of the Winder Club online store operated by STMEDIA LLC.

Products and pricing

Product availability, specifications, and prices may change without notice. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout based on the order and destination.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment is due at checkout using the payment methods made available on the store. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications accurately. Display settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences.

Returns

Eligible returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. The standard return window is 30 days from delivery unless a different rule is stated for a specific item.

Warranty

Covered Winder Club products include a 2-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing and functional defects under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear is not covered.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STMEDIA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the store or products.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your state.
